Profile of Indigenous Peoples of Mexico or Perfil Indigena de Mexico
This site gives profiles of indigenous peoples and is broken down basically by Mexican states. They give social developments, descriptions of the economies, ethnic identities, natural resources, and political movements of the peoples of the peoples of the States (to use Michoacan and Oaxaca as examples), as well as a bibliography. It is also available in both Spanish and English. These appear to be perhaps a part of the above site. in Spanish and in English
Indigenous Peoples in Mexico Pueblos Indgenas de Mxico: Portal de los Pueblos Indgenas
This site has links to descriptions of 53 communities. These descriptions of the communities give explanations of the origins of their name, the landscape, territory and geography of the region they come from, their language, historical antecedents, and descriptions of modern health, life, arts, social organization, religion and celebrations. There are also accompanying photos, a link to a map of the region, and bibliography of related materials.

This site gives a brief history of the pre-contact and early period of Sonora and its peoples.
Pimas and Opatas
This website gives the history of the indigenous peoples in the Sonora area between the seventeenth and nineteenth century, discussing conflict between indigenous peoples and the Spanish and Mexican authorities.
Pueblos Nativos del Noroeste de Mexico has a bibliography of works on North American tribes with some on the Tarahumara, O'dom and Yaqui.
The Nahua Newsletter is a publication of the Indiana University Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies. It is designed to be a "doorway to the international community of people with an interest in the culture, history, and language of the Nahua and neighboring indigenous peoples of Mesoamerica."

El Museo Etnico de los Yaquis Describes the culture and holdings at the Yaqui Museum.
The University of Veracruz has a brief prehistory of indigenous cultures and then has links to descriptions of Huasteca, Totonaca, and Olmeca cultures. There is also a bibliography and document gallery.
